We raise awareness about the employment of people with disabilities, their competencies, and their potential to add real value to companies and society. We collaborate with employers, non-profit organizations, universities, and experts to support innovative practices in integrating people with disabilities into work teams and to create space for discussion and practical steps toward equal opportunities. We regularly participate in conferences, host motivational lectures, and share stories that highlight the contributions and abilities of these employees.
